Yeah..last thursday was the school prom. OMG, the stress. I rented a toxito, got a new haircut, bought a new shirt and something else that i can't remember. i used way more money than i thought i would. when the big night came, everyone showed up in their new fancy dresses and rented fany suits/toxitoes. It started okay. I met up with my friends and we all went in to meet the other people, give the hugs that was needed, and i even had to help one of my friends because he had too much champagne. three bottles to be precise. and all of them came back up later on the evening. we were all exited to see who that was going to be our date. (our school didn't let us chose for ourselves. the prom commity just put people here and there) as i said, it was an okay night, until i saw that i was at the end of the table, with no one to be my date. that was because we are 12 more boys than girls. it sucked. i thought my whole night was spiled. after the dinner that everyone ate together, it was time for the three dances that everyone had to do. as i said, i didn't have any date to dance with. as you may think, i felt a little left out. then one of the girls i like comes up to me and says "I can't find my date. could you be my date instead?" and as the gentleman I am, I accepted. The night was already saved for my part X3. about 5 minutes after the girl asked me, her real date sees us and asks her what is going on. she simply look at him with a harsh gaze, then drag me to another part of the dancefloor. hey hey, this is good stuff XD.
after the three dances, we all got some time to find a new partner for the dancecontest. i got lucky and ended up with a good dancer, not to mention I'm a pretty good dancer myself. we ended up on second place. yay us ^.^ then at the end of the prom, i went to see my first dance partner. i found her in the hallway outside the big danceroom. we chatted for a while and when it was time to leave she surprised me with a kiss. OH HAPPY DAY!!! IT WAS AN AWESOME PROM FOR ME!!! although some of my friends got unlucky, but they can tell you themselves.
